Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TFLC Bakery. As a small business it is our goal for you, our customers, to love the products you receive. We stand behind our products and wouldn’t sell them to you unless it is a product we ourselves use and appreciate. However, if any issues do arise, please feel free to reach out to us at orders@tflcbakery.com . We would love to discuss the situation with you and rectify it accordingly. Please refer to the below terms and conditions in regard to our refund and return policy. We cannot offer refunds or returns on items initiated more than 30 days after the delivery date. To initiate a return or refund please email orders@tflcbakery.com.

 

Returns

For nonperishable orders that were fulfilled within our original terms and without issues on our behalf such as damage or defect, our return policy is as follows. Only the cost of the original item will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and all shipping fees. Even if the original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fees incurred by TFLC Bakery will be subtracted from the refund amount. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail returns to 116 N Main St. Orrville, OH 44667.

*Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds

*Perishable (food items) are not eligible for returns. Please see the following list of eligible reasons for refunds.  If any of these or similar issues arise, please feel free to contact us.

·       Your order arrived open (unsealed in its original packaging)

·       Your order did not arrive as described in the original item description.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
