Shipping Policy

 

As a small business our goal is to fulfill and ship all orders in as timely a manor as possible.

 

All perishable orders (food items) will be filled Monday- Tuesday and shipped on the day of fulfillment to ensure freshness. TFLC Bakery ships with USPS Priority mail (typically taking 2-3 business days to deliver) after order fulfillment. Orders placed after 8 am EST on Tuesday will ship the following week.

 

TFLC Bakery will fulfill all orders in as timely a manner as possible, however orders shipped during peak holiday times, over the weekend, or during other high demand time frames may encounter longer shipping time frames. TFLC Bakery cannot control or change these shipping time frames.

 

Our bakery is located in central Ohio so west coast orders may take slightly longer to arrive.

 

We will attempt to ship all orders to the address that is entered on the order. If our carriers notify us that the address provided is undeliverable or have any issues with the address provided, we will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the issue. However, if there is no response from the customer in a timely manner or the issues are unresolvable, we will be forced to cancel the order with no refund to the customer.
